Dimitri van der Werf is a digital artist who debuted the first AI-assisted solo exhibition in the Netherlands in 2023. His ‘Conference of Birds’ series was showcased at the Sis Josip Gallery in The Hague, with additional works featured at the Dead End Gallery in Amsterdam. Initially a graphic and book designer, Dimitri became drawn to AI art after the release of Midjourney 5, using it to craft surreal, staged photographs. He also leads workshops and lectures on AI at the Fotoacademie Amsterdam and directs the classical music series Classical NOW! in The Hague.
